All will engage in discussions on the current landscape of teacher preparation, examining how gender biases can manifest in educational settings and the impact they have on student learning outcomes. It aims to create an inclusive environment where all students, regardless of gender, can thrive academically and socially. This approach recognizes that traditional educational practices may inadvertently perpetuate gender stereotypes and biases, which can hinder the learning experience for students. By equipping teachers with the tools to recognize and address gender disparities, we can foster an educational environment that not only supports all students but also contributes to broader societal change.Gender-responsive teaching practices can lead to improved academic performance and social development for all students.
