Abstract: In the evolving landscape of education, student-centric learning has emerged as a transformative approach to empower learners by placing them at the centre of the learning process. This paper explores effective strategies for implementing student-centric learning, focusing on personalized learning paths, student autonomy, collaborative learning, and the integration of feedback and reflection. By shifting the emphasis from teacher-led instruction to learner-driven experiences, student-centric learning fosters engagement, autonomy, and deeper learning. The paper discusses the theoretical underpinnings of student-centric learning, practical strategies for its implementation, and the potential benefits for learners in diverse educational settings. Challenges such as balancing autonomy with guidance, ensuring equitable access, and adapting assessments are also examined. Ultimately, empowering learners through student-centric strategies prepares students for success in a rapidly changing world by cultivating self-directed, motivated, and adaptable learners. Further considerations include the role of technology in facilitating student-centric approaches and the importance of teacher support in fostering learner autonomy. Exploring these dimensions can enhance the effectiveness of student-centric learning in meeting the needs of today’s learners.
