Abstract: Researchers and practitioners equip adolescents to flourish socially and culturally in an increasingly varied and interconnected society by diving into this nuanced interaction and designing methods and interventions. A qualitative documentary method was used in this research. The researcher will utilise primary and secondary sources for this investigation. According to the research, parental engagement varies between cultures. Using a theme approach, researchers may examine how cultural beliefs impact parenting techniques and the development of social competence in young people. A more nuanced examination of the complicated interaction between cultural values, parenting approaches, and social competency in youth may be achieved using this method. Fostering good development in adolescents across varied cultural settings requires acknowledging and recognising the influence of culture in child-rearing methods. More effective and culturally sensitive methods of nurturing the next generation may be achieved by further exploring these complex interactions and gaining a better knowledge of how cultural values impact parenting and adolescent outcomes.
