Abstract: The rapid expansion of social media platforms has redefined educational engagement, offering diverse opportunities for collaborative learning and resource-sharing. This study explores the role of social media as a dynamic educational tool, analyzing its impact on student engagement, knowledge acquisition, and digital literacy. Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube facilitate peer interaction, enabling students to collaborate in real time, access varied resources, and participate in informal learning outside traditional settings. This study also examines the challenges, such as digital distraction, privacy concerns, and the need for digital literacy, which may hinder effective implementation. With structured approaches, social media can become a transformative tool for enhancing educational outcomes, fostering interactive and inclusive learning environments that extend beyond the classroom.
