Abstract: The growing diversity of student populations in contemporary schools has necessitated the adoption of inclusive pedagogical approaches that recognize and respond to the varied needs, abilities, backgrounds, and experiences of learners. Inclusive pedagogy is an educational approach that seeks to provide equitable learning opportunities for all students, irrespective of their socio-economic status, gender, ethnicity, language, culture, disability, or learning differences. It emphasizes participation, accessibility, respect for diversity, and the removal of barriers to learning. This article examines the concept of inclusive pedagogy, its theoretical foundations, principles, significance, challenges, and strategies for implementation in diverse school settings. The discussion highlights how inclusive pedagogy contributes to academic achievement, social integration, learner engagement, and educational equity. The article concludes that fostering inclusive educational environments is essential for ensuring quality education and promoting social justice in contemporary societies.
