Abstract: The Mahabharat, an ancient Indian epic, offers profound insights into management principles and practices that remain relevant in today’s dynamic and complex business environment. This study delves into the rich tapestry of narratives and character arcs within the Mahabharat to extract valuable management wisdom. By analyzing the actions, decisions, and strategies of key characters, the research aims to uncover the diverse management skills and principles embedded in the epic. This exploration not only highlights the timeless relevance of these insights but also provides practical applications for contemporary management challenges. The findings of this study are intended to offer a unique perspective on leadership, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and ethical decision-making, demonstrating how ancient wisdom can inform and enhance modern management practices.
