Abstract: The integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has significantly enhanced the usability and accessibility of digital library resources, particularly during the COVID-19 crisis. With academic institutions shifting to remote learning, digital libraries emerged as critical platforms for ensuring uninterrupted access to scholarly materials. This study explores how ICT-driven advancements, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and open-access repositories, contributed to knowledge dissemination, equitable access, and user engagement. Additionally, the study highlights challenges related to digital divide, authentication, and data security in the digital library landscape. The findings emphasize the need for continuous ICT innovations to optimize digital library services for future academic and research needs.
