Abstract: This paper explores the ancient wisdom of Pancha Mahabhuta, a philosophical framework that describes the harmony of elements within ourselves and the universe. The Panchan Mahabhuta – earth, water, fire, air, and ether – are the fundamental building blocks of the natural world, and understanding their interconnectedness is crucial for achieving balance and harmony in human existence. This paper delves into the concept of Pancha Mahabhuta, its origins in ancient Indian philosophy, and its significance in understanding the universe and human nature. It examines the role of each element in the natural world, their interconnectedness, and their impact on human health and well-being. Furthermore, it discusses the practical applications of Pancha Mahabhuta in modern life, highlighting its relevance in contemporary society, including its application in fields such as medicine, psychology, and ecology. The paper argues that embracing elemental harmony is essential
for achieving physical, mental, and spiritual balance. By understanding the Pancha Mahabhuta, individuals can cultivate a deeper appreciation for the natural world and their place within it. This, in turn, can lead to a more harmonious and balanced existence, and inspire a new perspective on human existence and our relationship with the natural world. Additionally, the paper explores how the principles of Pancha Mahabhuta can be applied in everyday life, leading to greater self-awareness, personal growth, and harmony with the environment. The paper concludes by reflecting on the significance of Pancha Mahabhuta in understanding ourselves and the universe, highlighting its potential to inspire personal growth, well-being, and sustainability, and promote a more holistic approach to life.

Abstract: Through the years, a person’s emotional well-being improves on all levels, from the psychological to the intrapersonal. This is known as emotional maturity. Being able to defer one’s own reactions, being heterosexual, and appreciating the behaviour and attitude of others are all signs of an emotionally mature person. Therefore, a mature emotionally isn’t necessarily someone who has dealt with all the things that made them angry or anxious; rather, he is someone who is always working to obtain a better understanding of himself and who is fighting for a more balanced relationship between his feelings, thoughts, and actions. The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between the emotional maturity of high school seniors and the overall and component-wise differences in emotional maturity according to gender and family type. The approach of normative survey was used.A hundred children were chosen at random from four different schools in Mumbai. For this study, the researchers used the Emotional Maturity Scale (EMS-SB) created by Bharagava and Singh (2005). According to the results, the majority of pupils lack emotional maturity, and there is a difference in emotional maturity based on the kind of household.

Abstract: Human Resource Management has drastically evolved over the past few decades. From only being a mere regulator having the job of monitoring the employees, to now taking up responsibilities of facilitator and developer by nurturing them. Concepts like employee satisfaction, employee development, etc., came up which helped the organizations in having a happy and satisfied workforce. One such concept which has become popular in recent times is ‘Employee Engagement’. The concept also becomes important due to the recent pandemic, i.e., COVID-19, which brought the whole world to a standstill. Remote work surely helped the organizations by letting the employees work while sitting at home. However, humans are social animals, and the lack of social interaction made it very hard to keep the employees engaged and motivated. The purpose of this research is to find out the importance of employee engagement and, the hurdles in achieving the same and also come up with ways to engage employees in this ‘new normal’, as engaged employees are the ones responsible for success in any organization. This research is also important as employee engagement is studied from a holistic viewpoint covering aspects like challenges for employees in the new normal and ways to eliminate them, giving clarity and a plan of action to make the most of it. The research is based on secondary data analysis integrated with personal observation to determine the effect of employee engagement in an organization. The results of this research provide clarity and a better understanding of the concept and its importance it in any organization. Also, the study proposes ways to increase employee engagement in an organization.

Abstract: An attempt has been made to explore Abraham Maslow’s idea of the hierarchy of needs which is treated as one of the most widely accepted needs theories. This paper is basically descriptive in nature. For the sake of simplicity different kinds of needs have been highlighted. According to Maslow, a person’s attempt to satisfy their five basic needs—physiological, safety, social, esteem, and self-actualization which leads to motivation. The lowest level demands are prioritized higher in the hierarchy of needs. The findings revealed that a person needs these things in order to survive and be healthy. Social unease among women persists today due to historical injustices against them, even in the face of societal shifts and a more accepting view toward them. Women are increasingly aware of their responsibilities and rights these days. Additionally, they take an active interest in all extracurricular and academic pursuits. They have male competition in every field. Their motivation especially towards love and belongingness help to reduce the gender gap in the society.
