Gene editing, especially with CRISPR-Cas9, enables precise DNA modifications, revolutionizing disease treatment and health equity. This research assesses the current state of these technologies, identifies adoption barriers, explores successful applications, and evaluates economic feasibility. Despite their potential, challenges hinder widespread implementation.
