It becomes important when the question of violence steps into it. There are possibility that violence can take the form of collective violence as to religious feelings and state violence with respect to politics. These two forms of violence act in certain way if they get articulated. The event of political violence in Islampur of Murshidabad district in 1984 is a case in point.
