Projects, individualized assignments, practical tasks, practise teaching, etc., are all part of this induction and initiation process, which is designed to be open-ended in order to encourage the trainee to take the initiative necessary for continued development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectives:<\/strong> The present investigation will highlight on the importance of Importance of Preservice Teacher Preparation Programmes in Raising Academic Standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methodology:<\/strong> The study is qualitative type. The researcher selected various articles and documents related to pre-service teacher education programme at school level. It is concerned with capturing the richness, complexity, and contextual details of the subject matter under investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion:<\/strong> Inclusivity, cultural competency, and individualized learning are emphasized throughout the pre-service teacher education curriculum. Incorporating these strategies teaches prospective educators to accommodate a wide range of students&#8217; requirements in the classroom.
