This study examines the role of self-confidence in academic achievement among undergraduate students in Bokaro District. It explores key factors influencing self-confidence, the impact of parental support, and effective strategies for enhancing confidence to improve academic outcomes. Through a structured analysis of existing literature and empirical data, the study identifies the relationship between self-confidence and students\u2019 academic performance. The findings highlight the need for targeted interventions, including mentorship programs, skill development workshops, and parental involvement, to foster a confidence-building environment in educational institutions.
