The ultimate aim of education is the overall development of a child&#8217;s personality which cannot be achieved without exposing to various components of life skills. The purpose of conducting this study was to find out the attitude of secondary school teachers towards life skill education in relation to some personal variables (Age, Gender, Academic Streams and Locale). A sample of 120 secondary school teachers from Namchi, Sikkim were selected through Stratified Random Sampling technique. The findings of the study revealed that there is no significant difference in the attitude of male and female secondary school teachers towards life skill education, Significant difference was found in the attitude of secondary school teachers from rural and urban areas &amp; age wise variation towards life skill education.
