With academic institutions shifting to remote learning, digital libraries emerged as critical platforms for ensuring uninterrupted access to scholarly materials. This study explores how ICT-driven advancements, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and open-access repositories, contributed to knowledge dissemination, equitable access, and user engagement. Additionally, the study highlights challenges related to digital divide, authentication, and data security in the digital library landscape.
