Methodology: A quantitative survey approach was used to gather information from 200 pupils in West Bengal&#8217;s Paschim Medinipur area. Data has been analysed using the Student&#8217;s ttest. Findings: The male and female types of respondents have different attitudes on how education affects life skills education. Higher levels of education are seen in male students than in female students, indicating that education has a greater influence on lifestyle education on male students and leading healthy lives compared to female students. Comments: By defending human rights, lifestyle education tends to encourage healthy living, which is again seen in how people cope with their physical, mental, social, and financial surroundings.
