The findings reveal that a supportive school climate, adequate resources, and effective teaching practices significantly contribute to creative skill development. However, challenges such as insufficient professional development, curriculum constraints, and resistance to change hinder the promotion of creativity. The study proposes strategies including integrating creative pedagogy into the curriculum, enhancing professional development, creating supportive learning environments, leveraging technology, and encouraging extracurricular engagement.
