Nowadays, sustainable growth is necessary. Adopting environmentally friendly policies is necessary to ensure that this globe continues to be a pleasant place to live. Both public and corporate organizations can make a significant contribution to a greener future by incorporating various basic environmentally friendly measures into their daily operations. Adapting to the changing demand for the green economy requires proactive interventions in the areas of employment, education and training. This is because the need for new trends requires the adoption of new skills or modification of existing skills.This paper explores the role of Green HRM in fostering eco-friendly business practices and how its integration into human resource policies contributes to achieving sustainable development.
