The study is assessed how pig rearing supports household livelihoods and resource utilization. It also identifies major constraints encountered by pig farmers and evaluates the sustainability of piggery farming. The findings revealed that piggery farming serves as a significant supplementary income source for many households, yet its growth is hindered by structural and technical limitations.
