This research article examines the influence of regular exercise on obesity reduction among adolescents, emphasizing physiological, behavioral, and psychosocial dimensions. Regular physical activity is widely recognized as a key determinant in energy balance regulation, metabolic enhancement, and fat reduction. The study synthesizes findings from contemporary literature to understand how structured exercise interventions\u2014such as aerobic training, resistance training, and sports participation\u2014contribute to weight management and improved body composition. The article also explores socio-environmental factors influencing adolescent inactivity, including digital media exposure, sedentary lifestyle patterns, and dietary habits. The findings suggest that consistent engagement in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity significantly reduces Body Mass Index (BMI), improves cardiovascular fitness, and enhances psychological well-being.
