Margaret Atwood\u2019s MaddAddam Trilogy\u2014comprising Oryx and Crake, The Year of the Flood, and MaddAddam\u2014offers a compelling speculative framework through which these issues can be critically examined. This research article explores the ethical implications of bioengineering as depicted in the trilogy, focusing on the creation of genetically modified life forms, the commodification of science, and the erosion of moral boundaries in a hyper-technological world.
