This experimental design consists of an experimental group which was compared with a control group for the testing the effects of specific training program on selected motor fitness components and performance in Karate. This experimental design was the parallel group design where the experimental group received the Plyometric training program and the control group did not. This result could compare the effects of ten weeks training programme. The sample of the present study comprised of 40 boys age ranged from 13 to15 years. The collected data were analyzed by using \u2018t\u2019 test.
