In India, tribal women experience some of the lowest literacy rates, hindered by socio-cultural norms, poverty, and inadequate infrastructure. While various government policies and grassroots interventions have aimed to improve access and outcomes, challenges persist. This study critically examines the effectiveness of government initiatives such as Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, and Eklavya Model Residential Schools, alongside local grassroots efforts. It explores their impact on literacy, enrollment, retention, and empowerment of tribal women. Using a combination of secondary data analysis and literature review, the article reveals that while policies have increased access, quality and relevance of education remain concerns. This paper investigates how the figure of the child soldier disrupts and transforms the developmental arc central to the Bildungsroman. Unlike the smooth progression toward maturity seen in traditional Western models, these narratives present fragmented journeys marked by war, displacement, trauma, and the long-lasting effects of colonial oppression. Through the analysis of key postcolonial texts, this study explores how child soldier protagonists navigate psychological disintegration, moral ambiguity, and complex identity formation. Authors utilize narrative techniques such as fragmented structures, unreliable narrators, and linguistic hybridity to depict these characters\u2019 fractured realities. The paper also delves into ethical concerns surrounding the portrayal of extreme violence and suffering, and underscores the postcolonial Bildungsroman\u2019s capacity to give voice to marginalized experiences while redefining global literary discourse. The switch from face-to-face instruction to online instruction in this instance is one of the contributing factors. Applying interactive multimedia-based learning is one way to combat this problem. This study evaluated the effectiveness of using multimedia technology to learn and teach mathematics in secondary schools. It was conducted in both private and public secondary schools in various regions. This study analysed the proficiency and engagement of secondary school students in learning mathematics after using multimedia courseware. This study aims to provide the idea and methodology for developing adaptive multimedia courseware based on multiple intelligence theory for a secondary school in learning and teaching mathematics. The utilization of multimedia technology in the classroom had a significant impact on the student&#8217;s interest and performance in mathematics. Then, gauge how the use of interactive multimedia courseware is received by the students. Experts and practitioners should evaluate the viability of interactive multimedia courseware. Experts, educators, and students all participated in its research and development. A total of 481 surveys with expert validation sheets, teacher questionnaires, and student questionnaires are used to gather data from secondary school pupils. Data was gathered to answer the research questions using a pre-test, post-test, and customised questionnaire. Consequently, they were evaluated using descriptive statistical methods that included mean and percentage calculations. A t-test and an analysis of covariance were used to analyse the collected data. The software SPSS is used to analyse this work. It demonstrates that multimedia has a favourable effect on students&#8217; achievement and proficiency in mathematics. The study found that using multimedia in the classroom improved students&#8217; aptitude for solving mathematical problems. Through simple random sampling, a convenience sample of forty students was selected and randomly assigned to either an experimental group (n=20) or a control group (n=20). The experiment leveraged the ATCLS for measuring attitude towards chemistry to measure student&#8217;s attitudes using the scale prior to intervention and post engagement with the program. The control group followed the standard curriculum without any intervention whereas the experimental group underwent an Emotional Intelligence Intervention Program for 8 consecutive weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the analyses conducted after the interventions, it was observed that the experimental group exhibited a marked improvement in their attitudes towards chemistry that was statistically significant when contrasted with the control group. The independent t-tests and ANOVA also revealed large effect sizes (t = 3.442, p &lt; 0.001, Cohen&#8217;s d = 1.001; F(1, 38) = 11.849, p &lt; 0.01). Fish sampling will be conducted across all four seasons (monsoon, post-monsoon, winter, and pre-monsoon) at multiple designated sampling stations along the Dulung River using various fishing gears. Collected specimens will be identified to species level, and data on their abundance, biomass, and spatial occurrence will be recorded. Concurrently, key physico-chemical parameters of the water (e.g., temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity) will be measured to assess their influence on fish communities. The collected data will be analyzed using standard ecological indices such as Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Simpson&#8217;s diversity index, species richness, and Pielou&#8217;s evenness to quantify seasonal variations in diversity. A pre-test and post-test nonequivalent control group quasi-experimental research design was used in this study. Using a factorial matrix, the quasi-experimental design was utilized to compare the treatment&#8217;s (at two levels) scores crossed with gender (at two levels). One intact class was chosen using simple random sampling. The results show a strong positive correlation between mathematics achievement and teacher effectiveness. Students&#8217; learning outcomes in mathematics were significantly impacted by teachers who displayed excellent instructional quality, exhibited good pedagogical content understanding, and managed their classes effectively. The study also showed that the use of online learning on mathematics achievement had a favorable impact on students&#8217; performance. Each time an individual successfully tackles a problem, they experience a sense of accomplishment, which shapes their unique problem-solving approach. This study aims to explore the relationship between Secondary School Students\u2019 (SSS) cognitive styles and their problem-solving skills. Employing a correlational methodology, the research delves into how individual differences in cognitive style preferences may impact students\u2019 problem-solving abilities. Jha (1983) designed the Cognitive Style Inventory, a tool used to assess various cognitive styles, including analytical, intuitive, and practical cognitive styles. Additionally, the Problem-Solving Ability (PSA) Test, developed by Dubey (2008), is employed to measure students\u2019 problem-solving skills. The study also considers students\u2019 academic achievement records to investigate potential links between cognitive style, problem-solving skills, and academic success. This study\u2019s outcomes shed light on the interplay between problem-solving approaches and cognitive style proficiency within the context of secondary education. The findings hold the potential to aid educators and policymakers in gaining a deeper understanding of how cognitive style preferences influence students\u2019 problem-solving capabilities. Armed with this knowledge, they can devise tailored lesson plans and curricula that cater to diverse learning preferences. Play promotes the development of physical, cognitive, and emotional skills and has proven to be an effective medium for learning. It makes learning more meaningful<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mathematics plays a vital role in day to day life. Children with Mild Intellectual Disability (CwMID) often face challenges in problem solving and mathematical concepts. To develop mathematical concept play-based hands-on activities and concrete learning experiences are more effective. It helps to develop analytical thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This study explores the impact of play-based interventions on the development of problem solving as well as basic math skills among children with MID in the West Tripura district. The research followed a Single Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design, an experimental approach, involving five children aged 7\u201310 years, selected through purposive sampling. With the assistant of three Indian standardized checklists 13 items were finalized after the validation for the study. A pilot test was conducted with two children, followed by a pre-test with all five participants to assess their initial math skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The intervention consisted of three play-based activities: \u201cMagical Stars (Less and More Play)\u201d, \u201cLets add some fun with game\u201d, and \u201cCounting challenge\u201d. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results indicated a noticeable improvement and it demonstrates that play-based learning positively influences the development in problem solving skills and also mathematical skills among the Children with Mild ID. A total of 60 participants (N = 60) were randomly selected for the study, with all subjects screened to ensure they were physically fit for the assessments. The study measured playing ability variables, including general fundamental skill, evasion skill, tackling and defensive skill, and offensive skill, alongside general motor abilities such as speed, muscular strength, agility, explosive strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Data collection was conducted in a controlled environment under the supervision of trained professionals, using standardized testing procedures across multiple sessions to reduce fatigue and ensure accuracy. Statistical analysis involved calculating Pearson\u2019s correlation coefficients (r) to evaluate the strength and direction of relationships between variables, with significance levels set at p &lt; 0.05 and p &lt; 0.01. General motor abilities such as speed and cardiovascular endurance showed significant correlations with playing skills, whereas agility and explosive strength showed weaker associations. It is a programme that is related to the development of teacher proficiency and competence that would enable and empower the teacher to meet the requirements of the profession and face the challenges therein. To quote Goods Dictionary of Education, teacher education means, \u2015\u201dAll the formal and non-formal activities and experiences that help to qualify a person to assume responsibilities of a member of the educational profession or to discharge his responsibilities more effectively\u201d. The main key functionaries of any educational infrastructure are the teachers. Without the teachers an educational institution cannot function at all. Hence it can be said that the teachers are the livers of any educational institutions who make the functioning of any institutions possible. Now, if we study the history of teacher education it is found that it is a matter of pride that during the ancient period, the teachers were treated as \u2018God\u2019 like figure in the Gurukul system of education. Teachers were so highly honoured that even the kings rose from their thrones to receive great teachers. But with the passage of time, the position of teachers in the society has been deteriorating. The study employed quantitative approach to understand the differences among B.Ed students study habits based on their demographic variables. Researchers surveyed 598 B.Ed students through convenient sampling technique. The present study aimed to investigate the variation in B.Ed students\u2019 study habits based on their demographic characteristics such as gender, locality, marital status, subject streams, and type of college. The study administered study habit survey questionnaire along with the participants\u2019 demographic proforma. The findings revealed that their study habit did not significantly differed in any of the demographic characteristics such as gender, locality, marital status, subject streams, and type of college. Despite the historical and cultural significance of the Dokra craft, its sustainability has been threatened by limited market access, lack of formal training, and inadequate educational integration. Data for this study were collected from 25 artisans using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, seven artisans through structured interviews, and three artisans through in-depth case studies. Findings revealed that while formal education levels remained low, informal learning and training programs under government schemes significantly enhanced artisans\u2019 confidence, market awareness, and income-generating capacity. However, the study also highlighted persistent gaps in digital literacy, localized training content, and policy outreach. Agricultural residues were thermally decomposed in a fixed-bed reactor at temperatures ranging from 400\u202f\u00b0C to 550\u202f\u00b0C in an inert nitrogen atmosphere. Among the tested biomasses, sugarcane bagasse yielded the highest bio-oil at 41.8%, while a blended feedstock of rice husk and bagasse (1:1 w\/w) showed a synergistic enhancement, producing up to 42.6% bio-oil. Proximate, ultimate, and thermogravimetric analyses confirmed the low ash and high volatile content of the selected residues, making them suitable for thermochemical valorization. GC-MS analysis of the bio-oil identified key functional groups such as phenols, ketones, and furans, indicating its suitability for biofuel applications. The resultant biochar possessed a high carbon content and surface area, suitable for soil enrichment and adsorption applications. This research has highlighted the potential of agricultural waste pyrolysis as a sustainable energy recovery pathway that also mitigates open-field residue burning. Intervention strategies included 15 hours of remedial teaching, access to ICT-based digital learning modules, and structured mentoring and counseling sessions. Pre-test data revealed a significant gap in achievement levels between SES groups. Post-test results, analyzed using SPSS through paired samples t-tests, showed notable improvement among low-SES students, thereby reducing the achievement gap. The findings demonstrate that targeted academic and psychosocial interventions can significantly enhance performance among disadvantaged learners. This article examined the social impacts of environmental policies, highlighting both successes and failures from global and national perspectives. Case studies revealed that policies promoting air quality improvement in Europe and community-based forest management in Nepal successfully enhanced public health, supported sustainable livelihoods, and strengthened social cohesion. Conversely, initiatives such as conservation-induced displacement in Madagascar, urban-biased regulations in the United States, and poorly enforced fisheries policies in Indonesia led to unintended negative outcomes, particularly for marginalized and rural populations. Maize powder had been employed as the dietary vehicle for administering the pesticide in order to evaluate its impact on feeding patterns and reproductive physiology. Female Musmusculus had been divided into control and treatment groups, with cypermethrin incorporated into maize powder at varying dosages. Observations had been made on alterations in food consumption, body weight, and estrus cycle phases over a three-week period. It had been found that cypermethrin exposure had significantly altered feeding behaviour, resulting in decreased food intake during proestrus and estrus stages and a delay in the progression of the cycle. Mice had shown reduced preference for maize powder-mixed feed compared to controls, indicating a dietary aversion possibly linked to pesticide-induced neuroendocrine disruption. Histological examination of reproductive tissues had been carried out to support physiological interpretations, and hormonal fluctuations had been recorded to establish associations with estrus disruptions. Comparative analysis had been undertaken with national and international studies, which had highlighted similar disruptions in reproductive physiology by pesticide exposure. The findings had suggested that cypermethrin, even when administered in maize powder, had affected both food habits and reproductive outcomes, thereby posing significant ecological and toxicological concerns.
