required to upgrade themselves with the use of technology, preparing e- modules, e-lessons and their evaluations, and the students\u2019 needs to have computer literacy and required supporting infrastructure to access the e-learning and administrators needs to make sure that adequate online resources are mobilized to meet the educational needs of their students. Hence it is a crucial area of research area. This study aims to investigate the Impact of some personal variables such as parental educational, occupation and income variation on the Components of E-learning &amp; Face to Face learning strategies for teacher trainees. Purposive sampling method was used to select 200 teacher trainees studying in different teachers training colleges of Siliguri. Finding shows that there exists significant difference between the use of the component of E-learning strategies i.e. You-Tube &amp; Live class (Google meet, Zoom) of teacher trainees in relation to parental education, occupation and income variations. There exists significant difference between the use of the component of Face-to-Face learning strategies i.e. Lecture method &amp; Interaction session of teacher trainees in relation to parental education, occupation and income variations. It is a saga of promoting human dignity and assertion of being a human being like others. The present paper aims to throw light on the pains and suffering of the Dalit community as portrayed in Jhoothan. Valmiki&#8217;s personal history is an edifying story of casteism winning in our society. The casteism is so much imbued in our society that it cannot be gotten away and Valmiki endured indistinguishable emergency due to that. It was a awesome assignment for Valmiki to be in sense with his self from the broken self. They have been enduring within the title of the caste framework. Their life is checked with disfavor, mortification, dishonor, concealment and segregation. Scholastic competence refers to the intellectual behavioral and manifestation activities that a teacher has developed from the early years of his schooling up to the attainment of degree of teaching. The objectives of this study were to find out significant difference if any in both self-concept and scholastic competence of teachers in relation to gender, locale, teaching experience, educational qualification and academic stream variations. It was a descriptive study design of normative type.The population of this study consisted of secondary school teachers from Siliguri. The sample included one hundred teachers selected on simple random sampling method. The tools used for the collection of data were Nayak\u2019s Teacher\u2019s Self Concept Scale (2004) and&nbsp;&nbsp; Samal\u2019s Scholastic Competence scale (2000). Its contribution to the Gross Domestic Product is noteworthy. Crop diseases, however, have a major effect on food security and agricultural output. For efficient disease control, illnesses in plants or crops must be accurately and promptly classified. End human trafficking, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture&#8221; is something that these realities motivate our team to focus on. The team decided to work on &#8220;Peach Leaf Disease Classification&#8221; after conducting study. Convolutional neural networks and Random Forest algorithm used were used to do the comparative study of the Peach leaf disease classification as the conclusion of the literature review. Plant disease classification and identification are being done more and more with machine learning models. As a result, our group divided up four distinct architectures among themselves. Sequential CNN reported accuracy of 96%. AlexNet provided 99.25% accuracy, VGG provided 97.50%, while ResNet-50 provided 99.62% accuracy. Utilizing forest resources for livelihood enhancement is both cost-effective and environmentally sustainable, promoting equitable distribution. The provision of forest resources is of immense significance to the tribal inhabitants of Jharkhand. To develop comprehensive livelihood plans for the local community, it is essential to analyse both the advantages and disadvantages of forest-based tribal subsistence. The level of education, social engagement, family structure, landholding size, primary occupation, housing conditions, farm power, agricultural implements, livestock ownership, material possessions, aspirations, extension contacts, information sources, employment and migration status, forest resource utilization, knowledge of forestry practices, adoption of forestry practices, attitudes towards forestry, income derived from forestry, and gross annual income are pertinent factors in developing strategies for upliftment. This study examines these aspects in the underdeveloped district of Latehar in Jharkhand state. The interconnection between tribal populations, their reliance on forest resources for subsistence, and their poverty is complex, necessitating area-specific research. Developing a research plan that incorporates multi-disciplinary approaches is essential for analysing the role and potential of forest resources in tribal livelihoods, poverty alleviation, socio-economic development, nutritional security, environmental conservation, migration control, and rural development, along with the evolving patterns and underlying causes of these changes. The findings of this study indicate that, despite residing in resource-rich areas, tribal communities occupy an unfavourable position across multiple dimensions. The low sociopersonal and economic status of tribal communities is evident in acute poverty, limited employment opportunities leading to migration, insufficient communication and extension services, inadequate infrastructure, and substandard education and healthcare facilities. In order to increase the productivity and global competitiveness of its industries, India began liberalizing its economy. Since the early 1980s, there have been multiple attempts to liberalize the industrial policy framework. The new industrial policy of 1991 completely liberalized the industrial strategy itself. The government is working on three distinct reforms: first, the industrial licensing system will be deregulated, delicensing, decontrolled, and debureaucratized; second, foreign trade and currency exchange will be liberalized; and third, various measures will be put in place to promote foreign direct investment. All of these programs began in 1991, and since then, additional liberalization has been carried out annually with the release of a new budget.
