Throughout the Vedic era, the educator was the guru, an individual who eradicates darkness from the lives of pupils, and schooling was more centred on values. In contemporary times, an educator functions as a facilitator, one who guides the journey of knowledge creation. Today, schooling is centred on outcomes. There is a significant philosophical shift that took place between these two eras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article examines in depth the student-teacher bond, core tenets of schooling, objectives, curriculum, instructional strategies, the position of the educator, student discipline frameworks, and the institutional setups of these eras. The research suggests that instructing was once a noble service but is currently regarded as a career path. As a service, instructing maintained an immediate tie with the actual world, and educators were honoured by all segments of civilization. When it transformed into one of many careers, it began to be viewed as a routine task to secure a livelihood. In brief, wisdom was once an element of power but is currently an economic tool. If schooling is intended to nurture a pupil\u2019s talents to shape him\/her into a balanced individual, then the purpose of schooling must be outlined in an unambiguous manner. sector plays a pivotal role in economic development by generating employment, promoting entrepreneurship, and contributing significantly to regional and national income. However, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown measures posed unprecedented challenges to MSMEs across India. This study examines the economic impact of COVID-19 on MSMEs in Surguja District of Chhattisgarh. The research aims to assess the extent of disruptions experienced by MSMEs in terms of production, sales, employment, income, supply chains, and financial stability during the pandemic period. The study is based on primary data collected from selected MSME units operating in manufacturing, service, and trade sectors through structured questionnaires and interviews. Descriptive and analytical methods have been employed to analyze the data. The findings reveal that a majority of MSMEs faced severe economic distress due to prolonged business closures, reduced consumer demand, disruptions in the supply of raw materials, labor shortages, and liquidity constraints. Many enterprises reported substantial declines in revenue and profitability, leading to workforce reductions and temporary suspension of operations. Despite these challenges, some MSMEs adopted digital technologies, online marketing strategies, and innovative business practices to sustain their activities. Government support measures, including financial assistance, credit facilities, and relief packages, provided partial support but were insufficient to fully mitigate the adverse impacts on small enterprises. The play presents the Loman family as a domestic space in which personal aspirations, emotional dependence, economic insecurity, and conflicting definitions of success intersect. Willy Loman\u2019s identity is constructed around his belief in popularity, professional success, material prosperity, and the approval of others. His inability to achieve these ideals produces a profound identity crisis that affects his relationships with his wife, Linda, and his sons, Biff and Happy. Biff\u2019s struggle is particularly significant because his rejection of Willy\u2019s values represents an attempt to construct an authentic identity independent of social expectations. Happy, in contrast, continues to reproduce many of his father\u2019s illusions. Linda attempts to preserve the emotional unity of the family, but her loyalty also contributes to the continuation of Willy\u2019s self-deception. Its vision emphasizes holistic and multidisciplinary learning, foundational literacy and numeracy, flexibility in curricular choices, skill development, inclusion, Indian knowledge systems, and greater integration of technology. However, translating an ambitious policy framework into educational practice remains complex because implementation occurs across diverse institutional, linguistic, socio-economic, technological, and regional contexts. This qualitative study examines NEP 2020 through the interconnected dimensions of policy, practice, and implementation challenges. A documentary qualitative approach was adopted using the policy document, government implementation materials, scholarly literature, and recent evidence concerning implementation. The analysis is organized around four objectives: examining the major policy provisions of NEP 2020; analysing their translation into educational practice; identifying institutional, human, financial, technological, and socioeconomic challenges; and suggesting strategies for strengthening implementation. The findings indicate that NEP 2020 provides considerable opportunities for curricular flexibility, multidisciplinary education, vocational integration, competency-based assessment, digital learning, research, and inclusive education. Nevertheless, gaps between policy aspirations and institutional capacity remain significant. Teacher preparedness, infrastructure, funding, digital inequality, curriculum and textbook alignment, intergovernmental coordination, regulatory complexity, and uneven institutional readiness can constrain implementation. Recent evidence also indicates that adoption of reforms across higher education institutions remains uneven. Despite its mineral wealth and industrial base, the state continues to face significant challenges in achieving inclusive and sustainable socio-economic development. The present study examines the progress, problems and prospects of socioeconomic development in Jharkhand with particular emphasis on education, health, employment, poverty, infrastructure, industrialisation, agriculture and tribal development. The study is based primarily on secondary data collected from government reports, census publications, economic surveys and other relevant sources. The analysis indicates that Jharkhand has made progress in literacy, infrastructure, industrial activity, financial inclusion and social-sector interventions. However, regional disparities, rural poverty, unemployment and underemployment, inadequate health and educational facilities, dependence on natural resources, displacement, environmental degradation and persistent socio-economic disadvantages among tribal and rural communities remain important concerns. The study argues that the future development strategy of Jharkhand should combine economic diversification with human-capital development, sustainable resource management, agricultural transformation and stronger social protection. Although the movement has often been discussed through the activities of political leaders, students, revolutionary organisations, and economic boycotts, women also played an important role in its development present historical study examines the nature and forms of women\u2019s participation in the movement and explores how their involvement contributed to the spread of nationalist ideas, historical scholarship shows that women\u2019s participation in nationalism needs to be understood beyond formal political activities, as the boundaries between domestic, social and political spaces were often closely connected adopts a historical research method and draws upon both primary and secondary sources. the quality of teacher education because teacher educators are responsible for preparing future generations of teachers. In West Bengal, Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) operate within a diverse institutional landscape that includes government, government-aided, autonomous, private, and self-financed institutions. The changing expectations of teacher education have expanded the professional responsibilities of teacher educators beyond classroom teaching to include mentoring, practicum supervision, research, curriculum development, assessment, digital pedagogy, community engagement, reflective practice, and continuous professional development. The present review article examines the concept and dimensions of teacher professionalism in the context of TEIs in West Bengal. It reviews available empirical and policy literature concerning professional competence, professional ethics, professional commitment, teacher educator identity, institutional climate, motivation, job satisfaction, professional development, research orientation, and technological competency. Existing studies indicate that teacher educators\u2019 professional experiences are influenced by institutional management, working conditions, professional development opportunities, organizational climate, recognition, job security, workload, and career opportunities. Research in West Bengal has also identified relationships between teaching competence, professional development, motivation, and job satisfaction. The review identifies a significant need for more integrated research examining professionalism as a multidimensional construct rather than concentrating on isolated variables. The present study examined the impact of parental involvement on students\u2019 behaviour among secondary school students. A quantitative descriptivecorrelational research design was adopted for the study. A sample of 200 secondary school students studying in Classes IX and X was selected from four secondary schools through a combination of purposive and random sampling procedures. Parental involvement was considered in terms of parental communication, academic support, monitoring, participation in school-related activities and emotional support, while students\u2019 behaviour was assessed in terms of discipline, cooperation, responsibility, classroom engagement, respect for others and self-regulation. Data were collected using structured rating scales and analysed using Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson\u2019s product-moment correlation and regression analysis. The findings indicated a positive and statistically significant relationship between parental involvement and positive student behaviour. Students reporting higher levels of parental involvement demonstrated better behavioural adjustment, greater classroom cooperation, stronger self-discipline and more responsible conduct. Regression analysis further indicated that parental involvement significantly predicted students\u2019 behavioural outcomes. The findings suggest that constructive parental participation can contribute substantially to the development of positive behaviour among adolescents. Since its formation, the district has been developing a separate administrative and healthcare infrastructure to improve accessibility and delivery of public health services. This study provides a descriptive assessment of government healthcare facilities available in Soreng District, with emphasis on healthcare infrastructure, human resources, primary healthcare services, public health programmes and the emerging district-level healthcare system. The study follows a descriptive research design and is primarily based on secondary information from the Government of Sikkim, Soreng District Administration, Health and Family Welfare Department, official government publications, press releases and audit reports. The public healthcare structure includes Soreng CHC, Mangalbaria PHC, Rinchenpong PHC, Sombaria PHC and community-level Health and Wellness Centres. The 100-bedded District Hospital at Soreng is a major infrastructure project intended to strengthen secondary healthcare. Recent programmes demonstrate NCD screening, tuberculosis screening, AYUSH outreach, immunisation and community health activities. This investigation interrogates the precise linkages connecting ecological catastrophes with rural population outflows throughout Purba Medinipur directing dedicated empirical attention toward the specific socio economic channels through which environmental crises catalyze transient alongside seasonal together with protracted spatial displacements. Case examples demonstrate 80% reduction in manual calculation time and improved accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion:<\/strong> Python literacy is no longer optional for pharmacy faculties. Burnout was assessed using the Maslach Burnout Inventory Scale, while emotional intelligence was measured using the N.S.Schutte Emotional Intelligence Scale. The correlation was calculated at the 0.05 significance level. The findings revealed a strong negative relationship \u2018r\u2019 -0.891, between burnout and emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence was found to significantly influence the level of burnout among female physical education students. Emotional intelligence and burnout were identified as negatively correlated.
