Abstract:<\/strong> Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a pivotal role in the growth and structural transformation of the Indian economy by contributing significantly to employment generation, industrial output, exports, and regional development. As a labor-intensive sector, MSMEs promote inclusive growth by providing livelihood opportunities in rural and semi-urban areas. Within this framework, the jute industry occupies a distinctive position due to its agro-based nature, eco-friendly products, and strong linkages with small producers and traditional artisans. India is one of the largest producers of raw jute and jute goods, and a substantial portion of this sector operates under the MSME category. The jute-based MSMEs contribute to foreign exchange earnings through the export of diversified products such as jute bags, carpets, handicrafts, and geo-textiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With increasing global emphasis on sustainable and biodegradable alternatives to plastic, jute MSMEs have gained renewed importance. Government initiatives such as financial assistance schemes, cluster development programs, and policy support for sustainable packaging have further strengthened the sector. However, challenges including outdated technology, limited access to credit, market competition, and infrastructural constraints continue to affect productivity and profitability. Therefore, strengthening MSMEs in the jute industry through modernization, skill development, and digital marketing strategies is essential for enhancing competitiveness and ensuring sustainable economic growth in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> The study titled \u201cTeaching Competencies of D.El.Ed. Teacher Educators of Janglemahal: With Special Reference to Purulia District\u201d investigates the professional skills, pedagogical practices, and competency levels of teacher educators working in Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) institutions. Situated within the socio-economically diverse and educationally challenged region of Janglemahal, Purulia district presents unique conditions that influence teacher education quality. The research examines core teaching competencies such as instructional planning, content mastery, classroom management, learner-centred pedagogy, assessment skills, ICT integration, and reflective practices. Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and classroom observations from teacher educators across government and private D.El.Ed. institutions. The findings reveal variations in competency levels influenced by institutional resources, professional training, and contextual challenges. The study highlights the need for continuous professional development, improved infrastructure, and context-sensitive training modules to enhance the quality of elementary teacher education in the region. Overall, the study contributes to understanding the current status of teacher educators competencies in Janglemahal and provides recommendations for strengthening teacher education programmes in Purulia district.This study examines the teaching competencies of D.El.Ed. teacher educators in the Janglemahal region of Purulia District in the light of NEP 2020, focusing on pedagogical skills, professional preparedness and contextual responsiveness. It highlights the alignment of teacher educators\u2019 competencies with NEP 2020 mandates for learner-centred, inclusive, and competency-based teacher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> By incorporating cutting-edge technologies, creative approaches, and clever platforms, digital transformation is crucial for enhancing education and increasing the accessibility and effect of learning. However, because of conventional geographical and infrastructure limitations, current educational approaches struggle with scarce resources, inflexible environments, and obstacles to collaboration. The infrastructure, relationship patterns, and organisational structure of education can all be altered by the use of digital technologies in service delivery. But merely implementing technology won\u2019t guarantee education\u2019s successful digital transformation. Abstract:<\/strong> Financial literacy is a critical determinant of economic empowerment, particularly in a diverse and economically dynamic state like Maharashtra. As one of India\u2019s leading industrial and financial hubs, Maharashtra presents both significant opportunities and persistent inequalities across urban and rural regions. This study examines the role of financial literacy in enhancing economic empowerment by improving individuals\u2019 capacity to make informed financial decisions related to savings, credit, investment, insurance, and entrepreneurship. Increased financial awareness contributes to greater participation in formal banking systems, reduces dependence on informal credit sources, and strengthens household financial resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The paper highlights key opportunities such as government-led financial inclusion initiatives, integration of financial education in academic curricula, digital payment expansion, and the role of self-help groups and microfinance institutions in rural outreach. At the same time, challenges including low awareness levels, digital divide, language barriers, socio-cultural constraints, and limited access to quality financial education hinder widespread impact. Special attention is given to vulnerable groups such as women, rural households, and small entrepreneurs who stand to benefit significantly from improved financial capability<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study concludes that sustained, localized, and inclusive financial education strategies are essential for translating financial literacy into meaningful economic empowerment across Maharashtra. A coordinated effort among policymakers, financial institutions, educational bodies, and community organizations is necessary to ensure equitable and sustainable financial growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> The Personality is often understood in terms of being good looking, attractive etc. They go by the impression created by the person concerned. The ability to talk and interact with others pleasantly in addition to being good looking, would make others say that the person concerned has a good personality. Persons who do not have good looks or not well dressed or do not interact adequately are considered to have poor personality, but psychologically this is not a true concept of personality. In fact, psychologists consider any attempt to define personality in terms of social attractiveness inadequate because of two reasons, first it limits the number and types of behavior considered important and worthy for incorporation into the study of personality. Second, such notion carries the absurd implication that some people who have unique abilities and temperament traits are devoid of having a personality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are several definitions of personality and several theories of personality have been developed so far to explain its nature. Psychologists have designed studies by employing factorial analysis method to extract the factors of personality. The psychologist R.B. Cattel designed 16 PF of personality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> The flora of Hathras District of Uttar Pradesh (india) especially on urban and rural areas has been recorded. The information based on rural areas gathering oral, folklores and search of literature on medicinal plants it has ethnomedicinal importance in India even today. There are 460 major speces in the region belonging to 325 genera and 99 families. Among 460species 77 belongs to poaceae makes it a dominating family. Abstract:<\/strong> This study examines gender inequality in education and employment within Maharashtra, India, employing a sample of 148 respondents to rigorously test two null hypotheses: the absence of significant disparities in educational access (H\u2080\u2081) and employment opportunities (H\u2080\u2082) between genders. Key objectives encompass evaluating inequality levels, analysing employment differences, pinpointing social and economic drivers, and recommending targeted interventions. Findings underscore persistent rural-urban divides, with lower female enrolment and workforce participation rates rejecting both hypotheses, fueled by patriarchal norms, poverty, and infrastructural deficits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preliminary analyses via chi-square tests reveal stark gaps: rural female secondary completion at 45% versus 68% urban, alongside 20.6% female labor participation skewed toward informal sectors. Social factors like early marriage and stereotypes exacerbate educational dropouts, while economic barriers limit job access, despite 2025 co-education mandates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proposed measures advocate scholarships, safe transport, vocational skilling, and gender audits to foster equity. This research contributes actionable insights for policymakers, promoting inclusive development in Maharashtra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> The present study examines looks into how digital payments affect financial access in Maharashtra. Its goal? To check whether tools like UPI, mobile banking, or e-wallets help more people use official money services. It uses a mix of description and analysis, pulling from first-hand info plus existing sources. Data came directly from 200 individuals via organised surveys handed out across chosen city and village spots there. Other details were pulled from RBI papers, NPCI records, state documents, along with related studies. Statistical methods like percent calculations, averages, or chi-squared checks helped examine the data. Results show digital payments boost financial access by making bank services easier to reach, simplifying transactions, also increasing involvement in official finance networks. Still, problems including poor tech knowledge, weak internet links, or safety worries act as big roadblocks especially in villages. Researchers found better online setups plus stronger money and tech education must happen if full financial access is to take root across Maharashtra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an era marked by globalization, technological disruption, corporate governance failures, and increasing societal expectations for responsible corporate behaviour, the role of management education has expanded beyond imparting technical knowledge. Institutions are now expected to cultivate principled leaders capable of ethical decision-making, stakeholder sensitivity, and long-term sustainable thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This paper explores the theoretical foundations, pedagogical frameworks, institutional strategies, and empirical implications of integrating ethics and value-based leadership into management education. Drawing upon leadership theory, moral philosophy, stakeholder theory, and experiential learning models, the study examines how structured value-based curricula influence ethical reasoning, moral resilience, and leadership orientation among management students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using a mixed-method conceptual framework supported by literature synthesis and pedagogical analysis, the paper argues that experiential learning, reflective practices, dilemma-based case discussions, faculty role-modelling, and community immersion significantly enhance ethical competence. The findings suggest that institutions embedding value-based education across disciplines rather than isolating ethics in standalone courses produce graduates with stronger moral judgment, empathy, and responsible innovation capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> This research paper explores Arundhati Roy\u2019s reinterpretation of the 1932 Poona Pact in her well known non-fiction The Doctor and the Saint: Caste,Race and Annihilation of Caste and the book focuses on the tensions between Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar regarding political representation for the depressed and marginalized classes (now Dalits). Roy argues that the Poona Pact was a turning point that shaped India\u2019s democratic structure while simultaneously limiting Dalit political autonomy and she sees the Pact as giving structure to Indian democracy while simultaneously undercutting Dalit political freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through close reading, historical contextualisation, and ideological comparison, this paper analyses how Roy exposes contradictions in Gandhi\u2019s moral politics and foregrounds Ambedkar\u2019s critique of caste hierarchy and reveals the flaws or inconsistencies in Mahatma Gandhi\u2019s moral and political ideas and also Roy brings attention to, or emphasizes, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar\u2019s strong criticism of the caste system (caste hierarchy). The paper concludes that Roy\u2019s intervention challenges dominant nationalist historiography and resurrects the political significance of Ambedkar\u2019s demand for separate electorates as a form of emancipation and it directly disagrees with and questions the common, established way that Indian nationalism and history are usually taught and understood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It brings back and highlights the historical importance of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar\u2019s original demand for \u201cseparate electorates.\u201d The paper frames Ambedkar\u2019s demand (separate electorates) as a way for Dalits to achieve true freedom (emancipation) and control their own political voice (self-representation), rather than relying on the general electoral system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In education, the paper considers how AI can allow personalized learning adventures and adaptive practice as well as intelligent tutoring structures to improve upon traditional drives in schooling. Abstract:<\/strong> Professional commitment is recognized as a natural ingredient of teaching profession. It is closely connected to teacher\u2019s work performance, absenteeism, burnout and turn over as well as having an influence on student\u2019s achievement in and attitudes towards school. Professional commitment refers to a mind-set reflecting loyalty and willingness to give one\u2019s all to a particular person, principle or plan of action. This research paper compares the degree of professional commitment of secondary teachers in relation to their gender, educational qualification, management, teaching experience. Commitment is seen to be one of the most desirable attributes of a teacher. The commitment can be used in a variety of ways to describe a number of teachers\u2019 behaviour and attitudes beyond the dimensions of organizational commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> Financial literacy has emerged as a key enabler for economic well-being, particularly in developing regions like Maharashtra, India. This paper examines how financial literacy impacts financial empowerment among diverse populations in Maharashtra, analyses the opportunities created by current financial initiatives, and identifies ongoing challenges. Using secondary data from government reports, academic studies, and economic surveys, the research highlights the relationship between financial knowledge and financial decision-making techniques, savings behavior, credit access, entrepreneurship, and gender equality. Policy recommendations are also proposed to enhance financial literacy and thereby strengthen inclusive economic growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> Values and ethics constitute the foundation of holistic education, shaping learners to become responsible, reflective and compassionate individuals. Constructivist pedagogy, which emphasizes meaning-making, active engagement and personal interpretation of experiences, offers a powerful pathway for nurturing ethical understanding in the formative years of teacher education. At SIES Institute of Comprehensive Education (SIES ICE), trainee teachers design learning experiences rooted in children\u2019s real-life contexts, enabling them to construct meaning from situations involving respect, empathy, cooperation and responsibility. Activities and lessons promote dialogue, reflection, collaboration, problem-solving and perspective-taking, while strategies such as experiential learning, storytelling, role-play, inquiry-based learning and community-linked tasks deepen the internalization of human values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 proposes landmark reforms aimed at strengthening teacher education in India. For B.Ed. students, the policy envisions competency-based training, multidisciplinary exposure, extended field engagement, and professional standards aligned with global benchmarks. This research paper examines the transformative framework introduced by NEP 2020 and its implications for pre-service teacher preparation. Using a qualitative analytical method, the study reviews policy guidelines, teacher education models, and emerging challenges. Findings reveal that NEP 2020 significantly redefines teacher training through a four-year integrated B.Ed. programme, enhanced school internships, digital pedagogy, and continuous professional development. The paper concludes that NEP 2020 has the potential to produce empowered, reflective, and professionally competent teachers, provided that implementation challenges are addressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> Teaching is considered to be the most sacred and distinctive profession. Teaching has always remained a dynamic activity. It imparts knowledge, information, experience and education. As stated in the report of the International Commission on Education (1996) in any event, no reform can succeed without the cooperation and active participation of teachers. Glass (2011) opined that effective teachers have high expectations for all students and help them to learn and to bring positive academic, attitudinal and social outcomes for the betterment of society. In the 21st century, people equipped with technology at the workplace are most especially those experiencing techno-stress. People are sitting and facing computer monitors for a longer time which results in physical strain. In the 21st century work environment, people spend hours a day at work because it is critical to their security and job satisfaction. Consequences of techno-stress include decreased job satisfaction, organizational commitment and productivity. A periodic assessment is necessary to check the level of techno-stress affecting professionals, especially the physical and emotional aspects. The objectives of the study are to find out significant difference if any in the teacher effectiveness and techno stress of teachers in relation to gender, locale and educational qualification. The descriptive method of survey was adopted. The sample of this study consisted of secondary school teachers of Murshidabad. The findings of the study were that there was significant difference in teacher effectiveness of teachers in relation to gender and locale and non-significant in educational qualification variations. There was significant difference in techno stress of teachers in relation to locale and educational qualification and non-significant in gender variations. In each case the relationship between teacher effectiveness and techno stress was significant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> India\u2019s New Education Policy NEP 2020 is planned keeping in mind the holistic development of students. This new education policy has recommendations on almost all aspects of education, so the teacher education system is also not out of this plan. The plan also makes specific recommendations on inclusive education. In the present discussion various issues related to teacher education and inclusive education system mentioned in NEP 2020 and some recommendations for the same have been discussed. The present paper compares NEP 1968, 1986 and 2020. Along with this comparative discussion, this discussion chapter makes recommendations on teacher education and inclusive education to be implemented in real classrooms in India today. So that India can be made suitable for the current globalization. Discussions have been held on how India can compete and cooperate with the developed countries of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> In today’s global economy, nurturing innovation and entrepreneurial mindsets in students is crucial for sustainable development and competitiveness. This study explores effective strategies for integrating entrepreneurial education into school curricula, evaluates its impact on students’ creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and analyzes challenges and proposes solutions for implementation. Through semi-structured interviews, focus groups, and case studies, the study identifies experiential learning, interdisciplinary approaches, and industry partnerships as key strategies. Findings reveal significant enhancements in students’ cognitive and practical abilities through entrepreneurial education. However, challenges such as resistance to change, teacher preparedness, and resource constraints hinder implementation. Solutions include fostering a culture for innovation, comprehensive teacher training, and securing adequate resources. By addressing these challenges, educational systems can better prepare students for future demands, fostering sustainable economic growth and societal progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> The integration of technology in education has brought significant changes to teaching\u2013learning processes. Digital pedagogy emphasizes the effective use of technological tools to enhance instructional practices and student learning outcomes. In the context of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, technology integration has gained greater importance in ensuring quality, equity, and accessibility in education. The present study aims to examine the level of technology integration and digital pedagogy practices among secondary school teachers. A descriptive survey method was adopted for the study. The sample consisted of 120 secondary school teachers selected using a random sampling technique. Data were collected using a self-developed questionnaire on Technology Integration and Digital Pedagogy. Statistical techniques such as mean, standard deviation, t-test, and graphical representation were used for data analysis. The findings reveal that teachers demonstrate a moderate level of technology integration and digital pedagogy practices. No significant difference was found based on gender. The study highlights the need for continuous professional development and institutional support for effective implementation of digital pedagogy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> Financial literacy has emerged as one of the most essential life skills in the modern economic environment. With rapid changes in financial markets, digitalization of banking services, availability of multiple financial products, and increasing cost of living, individuals are required to possess basic financial knowledge to make informed decisions. College students, who are at the threshold of independent financial life, must be equipped with adequate financial literacy to manage income, expenses, savings, and future financial goals effectively. The present study focuses on assessing the level of financial literacy among college students of Gadchiroli city. The study attempts to evaluate students\u2019 awareness and practices related to expense prioritization, comparison shopping, borrowing behavior, and saving habits. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 100 college students from different faculties in Gadchiroli city. Secondary data were obtained from books, journals, and online sources. The findings reveal that while a significant proportion of students demonstrate responsible financial behavior in terms of price comparison and saving habits, a large number still lack systematic expense planning. Commerce students were found to be relatively more financially aware compared to students from other faculties. Overall, the level of financial literacy among college students in Gadchiroli city was found to be satisfactory. The study suggests the integration of financial education across all academic disciplines and emphasizes the need for workshops, expert lectures, and certificate courses to enhance financial literacy among students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
